Emergy had assembled a significant development pipeline but required institutional growth equity to accelerate project progression, expand its team, and broaden its geographic footprint. The challenge was finding investors aligned with both the development-stage risk profile and the long-term value creation thesis of a wind RTB platform.

Nodes is advising Emergy on a structured growth equity raise, positioning the company to growth-stage infrastructure and energy transition investors. We are managing investment materials, investor targeting, and process management through to close.

The transaction is expected to close in 2026, providing Emergy with the capital to advance its pipeline toward RTB stage and position the platform for future asset-level financing and portfolio transactions.
